Bedroom can fit a queen at the cost of one bedside table.
Private rental, no lease agreement but we follow the same etiquette as any other rental. Bond is $1666 and you will sign the Bond agreement. Rent is paid per calendar month, in advance, directly to landlord. It’s a very relaxed and easy setup. Absolute gem and I love living here. Unfortunately we are short on time as we are away until next week and will be setting up interviews starting on 6th Jan. Preference given to those who can move in 12-14th Jan. Will only be contacting those we think suitable. Thanks!
