Fitzroy North sublet for the month of January ($1373 for the month, plus bills)

DATES:
Move in date is flexible, possibility to move in before the end of the month and pay pro rata rate.

HOUSE:
Beautiful home in Fitzroy North. Has all the usual bells and whistles + a lovely backyard which gets lots of sun.
Near Edinburgh Gardens, Clifton Hill shops (2min walk), Merri creek, train stations & 86 tram, the works!
Also great cafes, bars, pizza (Queen Margarets), indian (Balti’s) all within walking distance.

You would be living with myself and my partner Lizzie. We are both from the UK, work in hospo, and lived in NZ (Queenstown) for over 5 years prior to moving to Melbourne 6 months ago. Very chilled and tidy but also love a wine or game of cards in the garden!

ROOM:
The room is spacious (3.3x3.5m) with lots of storage, gets plenty of natural light.
Will be furnished with bed, built-in wardrobes, desk, lamps.

YOU:

Social and likes a chat, but also can do your own thing 🙂
