This room has a small BIR and there's extra space in the carport if you need. The room itself is carpeted and has loads of afternoon sun (it faces the West). The room can fit a queen sized bed with room to fit in a drawer. The main bathroom will be yours.

This is a beautiful townhouse located in an amazing neighborhood. Local supermarkets are 1 minute away and Edinburgh gardens is 5 minutes away. The tram (11) is a 1 minute walk. Massive amount of bikepaths along the area and plenty of good food around!
About the house:

The house is furnished but if you have something you want to bring along, we can see where it fits into the house.
Occasionally look after some pooches, love 'em to bits :) Am also open to you having a pup too!!

Hiya! I'm Jenny, a late 30s female who hails originally from the U.S. but has lived in Melbourne for years now.
I'm a nurse, and therefore do shiftwork, so my hours are kinda all over the place. I'm a pretty hard sleeper so I've never had a problem with my occupation and its hazards ;)
Outside of work, I love to be outdoors when the weather's great but also revel in the beauty of the living areas when I'm at home. Not a couch potato but up for the occasional binge on Netflix.
Conscientious about how much energy I use and making minimal impact on the environment when possible so it'd be nice if you did too!
Am on the lookout for purchasing my own property and if I do, I'll let you know several months (>3 months) in advance - you'll be able to find a new housie, no probs. :)
