Hello! We are Mitchell (brunette), James (blonde) and Otis (dog) and we are looking for a 3rd housemate in Ringwood East ideally to move into a 4mx4m bedroom with good closet space on the 20th of September for $800/month plus 1 month rent in bond. Mitchell works full-time and studies business, and James is a 24yo engineering student, we are both pretty chill and enjoy games, sports and movies in our free time. The house already has a dishwasher, oven, washing machine and dryer and is fully furnished in communal areas with the option for a queen bed frame and mattress in your room however this can also be removed and your own furniture is welcome. It is a 3 bedroom unit only walking distance from the train station and Westfield Eastland with a backyard and garage storage. You must also be ok with living with my friendly and playful Rottweiler Otis however you have no obligation to care for him in any way, and if you have a friend for him to play with them even better so pets are absolutely welcome! We have no issue if you smoke 🌳 or vape and the lease agreement is 12 months (from 08/23). Please feel free to send either one of us a message if you are interested to organise an inspection.
