LOCATION
I am looking for a new good-vibes roomie for a 2 bedroom place right in the heart of St Kilda! You might have heard that before but this time is actually true! Moreover it is cheap! Only $252 per week ($1130 each per month). I got here during the Covid pandemic and it was different back then, the rent has been going up but hasn't cought up with the market yet! And it's a legit place, not some sort of storage room with no windows converted to bedroom! It is located between Fitzroy Street and Acland Street, the 2 main arteries of St Kilda West. Woolworths is 5-10 mins walk away, 15 minutes and you'll get to a bigger Woolworths and even Coles. A 5 minutes car ride will get you to Aldi instead! Plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and pubs around, impossible to try them all. The beach is right there, again, a 5 minutes stroll and you'll be resting on the sand. If you are into green areas instead, well there are 3 major parks you can choose from surrounding the property: Albert Park, Catani Gardens and the St Kilda Botanical Gardens, enough even for the pickiest of the park lovers. PARKING There is no off-street parking but the street is really quiet and the residents’ permit is two clicks away on the council website.

BILLS
Bills will be divided equally (unless you want to place an electric heater/AC in your room, in that case will need to get 60% of electric bill). Wall heating comes with the room anyway.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Reaching the City has never been so easy. You can choose between the tram lines 96 (my favorite), 16, 3/3a, 12 and 67 all of them within a few minutes walk.
NOTE
It is a lease transfer, so there will be a fee of $125 payable to the real estate agency.
Home features
- Living area heating
- Cable or satellite TV
- Dishwasher
- Clothes washer
Bills and expenses
We'll split the bills evenly. If you decide to go for an electric a/c unit in your room you'll have to get 60% of the electric bill though.
