My house is close to eateries in Acland Street, the supermarket and across the road from St Kilda Beach. The gym/spa/pool is 2 blocks away along with large parks. It is beautiful and leafy in my backyard. You will love the convenience to everything, easy by bicycle. Occasionally I visit my farm in the country so there is opportunity of a city escape now and again if required.
