Looking for a male flatmate between 22-35 years old. Long term is available. Minimum stay is 2 months. Your sharing bathroom and toilet with other two guys.

It’s 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks in advance when you move in.

Looking for someone who is clean and tidy. And a person who knows how to follow rules in the house.

Car parking available also.

This house is pretty secured.

This house is located in Morley which is 2mins walk to Morley galleria shopping centre, There is a bus stops in front of the house. And it’s 5mins walk to Morley bus station.

15 mins drive to Perth City and Perth Airport.

The Bed is queen size. Very comfortable bed also. Please check all the photos. This house is always clean ( as I love to keep house clean ).

This house is located in the area where everything is close like Asian shops, Asian restaurants, McDonald’s,KFC, hungry jacks, coles, woollies, and many more. Very convenient for someone who doesn’t have a car or likes to walk. Lots of gym around too.
