Hello everyone.

I have One room available in this share house in St james. It is a new place built midway thro last year so everything is still brand new and shiny. It currently has 2 female housemates who you will share a bathroom with and myself in the master bedroom. Looking for a clean, calm, responsible housemate who will respect the house and other housemates. This house would be best suited for a female student or someone who works full time, likes travelling and is into health and fitness.
House has all the necessities including fridge, microwave, oven, air fryer, and washing machine.

Bit about the area,

10-15 min drive to Perth CBD and Airport.
5 min drive to carousel Westfield shopping Center.
5 min drive to all the shops and restaurants in vic park.
5 min walk or 2 min drive to curtin.
2-3 min drive to all major supermarkets, gyms and more.
2 min walk to bus stop
