Description of the home
Hi, we’re Fernanda, Grant and Nalina. We're part of a four bedroom share-home where we enjoy each other's company while engaging in our own, but sometimes overlapping, pursuits. Dave is (sadly for us) moving to Vietnam to be on the ground for his phd so we're looking for a new flatmate to join us.
The house is fully furnished, has 2.5 bathrooms, lots of indoor living space and a small courtyard. It's located on a quiet street convenient to light rail, city and all the usual inner west drawcards. There are lots of good parks nearby, the harbour is not too far and we've got some great neighbours we get to enjoy the company of around a common courtyard.
It's a great place to be if you're into growing some of your own food. There’s not much land but any spare spots, including the nature strip and driveway, are planted out with a mix of herbs, vegetables and fruit. The house also has a plot at the nearby Whites Creek Community Garden that you can be involved in. Either way there's always something fresh to add to a meal!

Grant is a mapmaker and farmhand now dividing his time between Annandale and rural Australia. He likes growing food, hiking, ocean paddling & swimming, writing and reading. He is also the owner/mortgager
Nalina is studying/working in hospitality and also as a nanny. She loves reading, working out (swimming, yoga) and a glass of wine!
We each go our own way with cooking but combine for the occasional house dinner to catch up or celebrate. We’re functionally clean which in a sense means cleaning up after ourselves to keep the communal spaces comfortable, healthy and ready for the next person to enjoy
