1 room with private balcony and double bed in fully-furnished apartment available!

Heya! I'm looking for a clean and tidy person to sub-let my central Bondi room in our spacious apartment for just under 3 weeks - specifically from June 04 - June 24, as I'll be heading back to New Zealand for a few weeks.

Our apartment is perfectly located right in the middle of Bondi, and is a quick 10 minute walk either way to Bondi Beach, as well as the transport/shopping hub of Bondi Junction. In addition to this, we're 30 seconds away from Bondi Rd, and just a couple minutes walk to Woolworths supermarket, pharmacies, and amazing local cafes (François Artisan Baker!!).

We try and keep the apartment itself nice and tidy, and we also have a dedicated office space which can be used if you WFH or simply need a place to knuckle down. We've also got a communal balcony which is great to relax on, as well as a Smart TV with Kayo Sports if you're a sport fan!

Of course, I will clear out drawers and hanging space so you feel at home and not living out of your suitcase!
