Large, bright, and airy apartment in a very quiet block just off Bondi Road overlooking Bondi Beach and around to Rose Bay. Watch the sunrise from the balcony every morning or take a quick 10 minute walk down to the beach. The apartment should have everything you need, however the room will come unfurnished unless you wish to buy it from the person leaving. It comes with a built-in wardrobe and room for a queen-sized bed. The bond is 4 weeks' rent and is payable in advance as confirmation that I can take down the ad. The room can potentially be available the week before for the right person and viewings will take place from the weekend of 3rd May :)

I work in finance in the city 5 days a week so i am usually very relaxed during the week and out and about socialising or at the beach on the weekend.
