This listing is for a rental period of 6 weeks only. My current flatmate needs to exit the lease early and I have another flatmate moving in on the 14th of September. Alas this listing is perfect for someone who is in Sydney briefly for work, or for someone looking to try out a new area of Sydney before seeking their own lease (Cremorne is lovely).

The available bedroom is En Suite in a penthouse flat with water views overlooking middle harbour on a beautiful and quiet street in Cremorne.

The available En Suite has great views out over Mosman, large built-in wardrobes, your own private shower, toilet and sink, and is a generously sized room that easily fits a queen-sized bed with ample room for additional draws or even a desk.

The penthouse apartment has 2 underground parking spaces (1 is for you) and a large storage room for bicycles/golf clubs/surf boards etc. It’s a 10-minute walk to the military road with frequent busses into the city (20-25 minutes to Wynyard by public transport). 10 minutes bus to North Sydney. 5 minutes from Balmoral beach, 15 minutes’ drive to Manly, the location of this penthouse is exceptional, and I feel privileged to call this place home.

About the occupants
Current tenant is myself, Adam. I’m a master’s student but I also work so am pretty busy most of the time as you can probably imagine, either studying or working. I’m big into my fitness (running, swimming, gym), I also surf, play golf (badly), and enjoy watching sport or having a few beers on the weekends. Other interests are cars/motorbikes and music. I’d say I’m a fairly decent cook, and enjoy cooking as a way to unwind. It’d be decent if you also didn’t mind cooking and we could share cooking duties from time to time, but totally fine if you want to do your own thing food wise.
Compatible people
Ideal flatmate would be a non-smoker, clean, tidy, a good laugh but also chilled. I’m not fussed whether you’re a guy or a girl, straight or gay, I’m easy. Main thing for me is you’re a decent flatmate who’ll chip in around the flat, be respectful, pay their way and be easy going.

My departing housemate is also looking to sell their bed, they are asking $200 for it, which could be a good option if you do not have your own bed you'l like to move in with.
