I have available immediately an unfurnished room in an otherwise fully furnished ground floor 2 bedroom garden unit in Crows Nest (cnr of Ernest Street and West Street).

The ground floor amenity is fantastic with walk out onto the footpath (through security lock gate plus lockable front ranch slider) or security entrance at the rear both options. The room is actually much bigger than the photos indicate and is the bigger of the 2. Easily fit queen or double with a desk or table. Built in drawers and shelves in the double width glass front wardrobes. The place is very clean and tidy with maintenance kept up.

Very safe and very quiet area with everything a 5 minute walk (supermarket, Crows Nest shopping, restaurants, bars etc). Buses at the corner if required and a stress free housemate!

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly in advance and no bond to suitable candidate. Please message from here or text me if required.

I have resided here for the previous 7 years (the last 18 months on my own).I would now like to share the rent ( I have been offered a 12 month lease renewal-I would be the only name on the lease unless you want to be included). Personal items (photographs and toys etc will be removed so as you can feel more at home with your own additions)
