Home Description

Description of the home

I've recently moved into this two-bedroom apartment on Pacific Highway in the Greenwich/St Leonards area. The building is located just a 5-10 minute walk from St Leonards train station and Wadanggari Park. It offers convenient access to local restaurants, cafes, both a Coles and IGA supermarket, St Leonards library, 2 gyms and parks/sporting ovals.

The apartment features a small yet functional kitchen, a spacious open-plan lounge and dining room, a bathroom with a separate bath and shower, an internal laundry, and a quaint little balcony. Additionally, it comes with an undercover parking space which would belong to whoever takes the room. The apartment is situated at the back of the block, facing away from Pacific Highway, ensuring plenty of privacy and peace.

I also have a video tour of the place which I'm happy to share with potential flatmates.

About the occupants
You'll be sharing the apartment with me, Lawrence. I'm a 31-year-old male who recently relocated from Melbourne to Sydney to pursue a PhD at Macquarie University. I'm sociable and enjoy a variety of hobbies, including running, chess, Aussie Rules, and philosophy. While I do need some peace and quiet at times, I'm looking for a housemate who enjoys chatting, sharing the occasional meal, and even having a drink now and then.
Compatible people
I'm looking for a housemate who enjoys chatting, sharing the occasional meal, and even having a drink now and then.

I've lived in share houses for a long time and have equipped the place with all the essentials. However, I'm hoping to find someone who would be happy to help add the finishing touches.
