Description of the home

Want to live a 3-minute stroll from Manly Beach? High ceilings, large loungeroom with a huge couch, TV, and gas heater, internal washing machine and dryer, huge leafy backyard. Set in a block of 4 units with nice quiet neighbours. Flat and short walk to cafes, the Corso, the ferry and the supermarket. Bus stop right across the road.
You'd be sharing with one 40yr old woman and two very nice cats. I have slightly weird hours as I am completing my Masters and work as a NDIS support worker. I am out at least 4-5 evenings a week so you'll have lots of space to yourself, but I'm happy to share a meal and a chat when I'm home. I'd prefer someone who doesn't work from home every day as I am often home studying during the daytime. I love the ocean, snorkelling and bushwalks and can point out all the good local spots if you like.
Definitely not a party house but having your friends over for a BBQ or whatever is totally fine. Please let me know if you have questions or if you'd like to come have a look.
Parking is on street, but I have a parking permit for you. I normally find a spot really close to the house.
The house is fully furnished, but the bedroom is not- a single bed is available if needed
