My current flatmate has got a job out west so sadly moving out! I’m looking for someone to take over the room after 28th April
The lease is until July but could be extended. Queen bed with fitted wardrobes, it’s an older flat but very quiet building, have never had any issues ! 15 mins walk to beach with shops cafes less than 5 min walk away. Bus stops outside to cbd, Bondi junction etc.

The idea person will be in employment, sorry no working from home, clean & tidy. You’ll be living with me. In my early 30s, working FT a nurse. Not a party flat.

$395 per week. WiFi and bills split equally aswell as a monthly cleaner ☺️
