Home Description

Description of the home

The house is situated in Naremburn, the next suburb over from Crows Nest, and a 15min walk to Artarmon and St Leonard train station as well as close walking distance to Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH). There is also direct transport to the city/CBD from down the road.

The house has plenty of space with a generous living room, well equipped kitchen with gas hot water, gas stove and modern appliances. The backyard is a decent size which is nice for a few drinks around the fire or a BBQ. We also have a laundry fully kitted out with a washing machine and dryer. There is plenty of street all day parking, so no permit required!

The room available faces the rear of the property and has built in robes. It has decent natural light and will fit a double bed and desk.

Upstairs has all the bedrooms, as well as a shared bathroom. There is also a second toilet downstairs. Rooms are unfurnished so bring across whatever you want, also more then happy to accommodate any other items you may have for around the house to help make the house feel like home.

About the occupants
Both Josh and myself are working full time and do early starts, so expect the place to be quiet during the week. On the weekends we’re also quite busy with hobbies - most likely doing some sort of outdoor activity like hiking, mountain biking, camping, or catching up with mates.
Compatible people
The ideal housemate will be in their mid 20's to early 30's, male or female, and either someone working full time or a student. The house has a very chill, friendly vibe with us all being friendly and accommodating, helping to make the house an inviting space for all. If you WFH, happy to make arrangements with splitting of bills accordingly depending on your working situation. We are looking for someone to help contribute to the overall cleanliness of the house.
