I’m looking for someone to take over my bedroom in St Ives. Our house is located towards the end of a quiet no through street, with a gorgeous bush walking trail at the end of the street. We are a short 8 minute walk to a bus stop and approximately a 10 minute drive to St Ives Shopping Village.

The room comfortably fits a queen size bed and features a double mirrored door built in wardrobe (loads of storage). The room is listed as bed 3 on the floor plan, situated toward the rear of the house looking out to our big backyard.

The bathroom is shared with 1x female housemate and features a large vanity plus mirror cabinet (you will not be short of bathroom storage) and a free standing shower.

Parking is off street and undercover. Bills are spilt evenly between housemates.

You will be sharing with 2 lovely females in their mid-late 20’s, both full-time working professionals. We a looking for someone neat, tidy and is respectful of each others space. The girls are a social bunch and enjoy the occasional wine and cheese night/housemates dinner but this is by no means a party house.
