Home Description

Description of the home

Location is 2 minute walk to Crows Nest metro, 5 minute walk to St Leonards station, and a 3 minute walk from buses on pacific highway.

I am looking for a housemate to move into one of the rooms advertised (I will take the other room).

The larger room advertised has access to an ensuite, and has enough space for a queen size bed and a large desk.

The smaller room advertised still has enough space for a queen size bed and a smaller desk, and has it’s own bathroom (including shower/bath) just outside the room.

I am happy to negotiate who gets/pays for the car spot.

My current housemate is moving out in February and taking a lot of the furniture and facilities with them. I will be looking to replace this but happy to share ownership / share use of any furniture appliances you wish to bring.

I also have some gaming consoles which I am happy to share and I am subscribed to most streaming services, which I am also happy to share access to.

Hey! I am Luke. I work in corporate, regular hours 9-5ish Mon-Fri. My work arrangement is hybrid so I usually work 2 days a week from home. I will usually spend Mon, Tue, Thu nights at home, the other nights I will usually come home late from catching up with friends/family.
Compatible people
I am happy to live with anyone who is respectful and tidy. When I’m home I usually keep to myself but I’m always happy to have chats, catch up for meals and/or drinks if a housemate wishes to.

When I catch up with my friends I prefer going out, which means I don’t usually invite many people over at all. But I am happy to live with someone who invites people over regularly as long as they are also respectful.
