I've just moved into this spacious open-plan apartment with great natural light and AC in the 'sought-after Aria' complex in Waterloo.

Both bedrooms feature built-ins, separate bathrooms (not ensuites), and their own balcony access. The rooms are at opposite ends of the house, so it's ideal for co-living.

Your room is 12.1 sq/m - my photos make it look small but it's not at all.

If you like cooking, there’s a decent-sized kitchen, and I also have a BBQ on the balcony that’s great for entertaining or just unwinding.

It’s a short walk to Aldi, Coles, the local park, cafes and public transport options. Redfern and Surry Hills bars are also within walking distance.
